Info on this Bug promo disc?

I found this promo CD from 2015 for Bug and I'm curious if anyone has anymore info on it! like how many were made? or where they were distributed? Were they just given out for free at random record stores? this is one of the only physical alex g promo singles ive seen around (besides brite boy) but lmk if there are any more!! i think theyre so cool!!

there are other ones for After Ur Gone, Harvey, Hope and Brite Boy. They were given out to radio stations, reviewers etc.. so that the album release can get more hype built up
