Anyone else so confused on how to treat irritated dry sinuses that also overproduce mucus and cause post nasal drip? Sprays/medicines just make it more dry!

I have frontal sinus pain, blurred vision, post nasal drip, sometimes running nose/ blocked nose but mostly block mild sleep apnea, nerve pain from head to shoulder, tonsil history, ear pain how to fix all this permanentely.

Floss, brush, and gargle Listerine twice a day every day in that exact order if you want to prevent tonsil stones.

Is sticky snot mean its infected ?
