Figma -> WebFlow Automation - Realistic or Just a Pipedream?

I'm about to hire someone to design our company website. The designer suggested that she start the design in Figma and then use automated tools to export to WebFlow.

I'm afraid that its not going to look at the various breakpoints for mobile to desktop and may look wonky at different breakpoints. Perhaps the tools are good enough today where this is not an issue. I'm just not aware.

I'm technical (software engineer) but I've never done this workflow myself. Knowing how CSS can be a pain - my guess is that the designer will not be able to make it look good.

Other alternative is to customize a webflow template and create custom sections as needed. I'm low on budget.

Are my fears dumbfounded or does Figma -> WebFlow Automation work like a charm these days?
