Is Rtx 3070 enought for HTC vive pro 2 ?

Hi a have question about perfomance on my GPU (Rtx 3070) is it enought for smooth playing ? And next question is if i can change resolution example to 4K,2K,etc without big mess because I heard that vr must have basic resolution is that true?
