Downgrading from Fios Internet 1GB Plan

Im looking into downgrading the FIOS internet plan. I don’t feel like paying $90 dollars every month and I don’t feel like I use it’s full potential.

My wife and I live in an apartment. My wife works from home and streams shows while working. I occasionally will watch shows on YouTube. Not a gamer. Don’t work from home. On a daily basis we have about 5-6 devices connected to the network. Planning on downgrading to the 500MBPS internet Plan. Looking for advice on which plan is best for our usage.
