What’s going on

I just saw this thread so I didn’t see what vela replied with because they’ve deleted it now . I’m kind of disappointed with what customer service/ quality has become and I’ve been a customer for years. I honestly think it’s because of how viral they’ve gotten from tiktok which is boosting their ego/ quality of hijabs being bad now, because they think everything will just sell. Idk but something needs to change!!
