ZRH Arrivals Lounge Access?

I've got a flight in UA J to ZRH this coming week and would probably benefit from a shower upon arrival. I know a few years ago LX was unofficially allowing United's J passengers to use their arrivals lounge even though on paper it's only for LX/LH passengers. Does anyone know if that's still a thing? The most recent data point I can find showing that they allow it is from 8 months ago.
