Looking for suggestions for a hotel birthday party sleepover

My baby is turning 12 soon and wants to have a hotel party. I remember being invited to one around her age. It was fun. Is this still a thing? Does anyone have experience doing this with their child? I want to book a conjoined room so i would be close but letting them have freedom as well. If you have suggestions, please let me know. Thanks so much.
