URGENT: When did you ask them to be your gf/bf

Straight to the chase- I have 30 minutes until class ends. We have kissed before, made out in my car one time, I’ve technically known her since the start of the school year but only really started flirting 3(?) weeks ago. Today there was an optional activity out in the commons where you could write someone a “love letter” for Valentine’s Day and they would deliver it.

I received a very long letter about how she loves being around me, how she’s “falling for me so hard,” and how she feels very safe around me. It was very in-depth.

We’re obviously into each other. How long in to talking did you ask them to be your girlfriend or boyfriend, and how? I’m straight up considering just going for it after school but I don’t know if that’d be special.
