Weird things I do when very sick

Here's a list of weird thing I do when I'm super sick (no, idk why I do them):

1. Grind my teeth together, extremely strongly. I do it semi-consciously, when i'm half asleep.
2. Sneeze so hard my entire body gets cramps for a minute straight and I can't move. Also I'm left whimpering for a good 20 seconds because all air got removed
3. Back pain. It's always back pains. I don't know why. Always the same place
4. Just panting in general
5. Going in actual delirium for a good 10 minutes and having only faint memories of it
