Do I Need to Amend?

I use FreeTaxUSA and filed for 2023.

I told FreeTaxUSA that I spent about $4,030 in medical expenses, but they said “You should claim standard deduction.” So, I claimed standard deduction. I e-filed with them that time and sent amended returns. All that shows up on the pdfs they have is the $13,850 standard deduction. When I did my returns this year, FreeTaxUSA still shows that I told them about the $4,030. They still have it listed on the website.

Did I overreport my deductions and need to amend? I looked at the pdfs. All the papers say is $13,850, but FreeTaxUSA has the $4,030?

Did they automatically take it out before it was finished? Or do I owe now?
