Help with my Gasteria

I’ve had her for like two years now and she was doing great up until a couple of months ago. I ended up repotting her like a month ago, but she’s still showing the same signs. Her leaves are squishy when I squeeze them, but the soil is bone dry. Shes very bendable lol. I only water her like once a month. I also have her under a very bright grow light, super duper close. Please help 😭 TYIA
