Why has my windscreen fluid pump stopped working?

SEAT Ibiza 2018

This started during freezing weather. I think there was still some ice on the nozzles when I tried to clean the windscreen and since then I don’t even hear the motor working when trying to activate it.

I read online it could be a blown fuse but the only one remotely related to this seems to be fuse 43 with a description “DWP relay coil, rear window wiper motor, heated nozzles”.

However, my wipers are working fine for if this fuse controls both the wipers and the pump, it’s unlikely that the issue is the fuse?

Worst case, how much am I looking at for a repair?
