Perplexing question on the possibility that dispensers can cause a accidental Redstone loop as well as desynch

Hi, so I'm making a Redstone cannon and I'm experiencing fraction of a second of a delay in my despenser, I've checked over my repeaters a thousand times and rebuilt this thing twice as many times to make sure none of them are one tick higher then the rest, there no..., and I'm wondering if it could be caused due to the despensers, I'm running on a xbox series x. Can anybody answer the question if despensers can cause a accidental Redstone loop. And if it can cause slight delay if there this many dispensers?
