Seeking Advice for Wife's Persistent Vomiting and Digestive Issues

My wife has been experiencing persistent vomiting for the past 10 days, with occurrences ranging from 2 to 6 times a day. She is at 11w4d. I've been giving her electrolytes, but a week ago we had to rush to the ER, where she received IV fluids(but it test they found electrolytes were ok for her). Sometimes, she vomits 2-3 hours after eating, and it seems like the food is partially digested. I'm trying to give her food at intervals. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
