High ping on Rust and nothing else

Hi, 15 minutes into wipe on the same server I always play, my ping started to spike. It went as high as 2000, and wouldn't got any lower than 150. Discord is showing 55ms as normal, Ookla speed test is showing 12 ping, 100 UL 20 DL. Everything else seems to not be lagging. I've verified rust files, restarted my net, tried a few different things in CMD youtube has suggested, no changes. Does anyone have any solutions?
