new loan servicer automatically withdrew November payment even though I had already paid it

My mortgage servicer changed to PNC starting November 1. They sent a email stating that they would take over the auto payments that I had setup with my old servicer.

The issue is I had already paid my November bill in the last week of October. On Nov 8, I still hadn't received any information to setup my online account with PNC, but they did an automatic withdrawl from my bank for my November payment.

Normally this would be an inconvenience, except this particular month my bank account was low on funds. As such, I am now over drawn on my checking and don't have enough in saving to cover it.

I immediately called PNC and they said they would refund the payment in 24 to 48 hours (its been 5 days now) and still no refund. Meanwhile checks continue to hit my checking.

Is it reasonable to expect PNC to may all these overdraft charges they have caused?
