My Oura Ring 4 is basically a $300 paperweight now...
Hey everyone,
My Oura Ring 4 has suddenly stopped working and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar.
The issue: When I put it on the charger, the white light comes on briefly and then turns off completely. No pulsing light that normally indicates charging. It won't pair with my iPhone or even be detected by the app anymore.
I've already tried:
- Different power outlets and cords
- Hardware reset
- Bluetooth reset
- Reinstalling the latest app
Gen 4 ring with firmware 2.1.5 and bootloader 1.0.1.
It was working perfectly fine until yesterday, and now it seems completely unresponsive. Has anyone found a solution to this problem?
