Which brand has the shortest 5070ti card?

I currently have Raedon 5700 card and would like to upgrade to Asus Prime OC 5070ti but seems the card will not fit. What are my other options? I have 11”-1/16 of space before I hit HD bay. I read that one user used Dremel and cut out a hd bay section to fit. I might just have to do that as well. Will 2 fan gpus come out later as well? If you had to choose between PNY/MSI/Asus 5070ti, which one would you go with?
