I can’t get no sleep… 😴
I’m on week 6 - 15lbs down with some nausea but other than that I’m good, however I can’t seem to sleep past 5am and it’s really starting to get me. I’ve no issue getting to sleep, but just waking incredibly early. I’m going to bed earlier but I’m still getting at least an hour less sleep a night before MJ and I’m not sure what I can do to address it. So far I’ve: * cut out brewed coffee (although I still have 3-4 cups of instant coffee/tea a day before noon) * started taking a magnesium tablet before bed * not drinking fluids after 7pm Has anyone any other advice? I’m happy to give anything a go at this stage as I’m averaging less than 6 hours a night.
