Water 💧
Hello! I've seen so many many people talking about water.. getting enough, drinking 2-3L a day etc. However.. I work outside, my ability to access a toilet is limited and constant toilet breaks can be disruptive to our work. Don't get me wrong, if you gotta go then you gotta go, but I can't go every 20 minutes, which I'd need to if I was drinking so much. I carefully remain just about hydrated.
So my question is - will not drinking 2L of water a day impact my weight loss? Is there science behind the water drinking, or is it just because that's part of a healthy lifestyle?
