How to change input on an Aloft TV?

My TV remote doesn’t have an input button, and I can not figure out how to change the input to my PlayStation. I have checked the back of the TV and nothing appears to be plugged into it except for the power cable and a coaxial cable for basic cable TV. The power cable leads to a white extension cable which then leads behind a board that is mounted on the wall, upon which the TV is also mounted, and behind the board can not be accessed. I am assuming there might be a brain box behind the board and it is intentionally placed here so I can not access it. However, as I said before, there’s nothing else plugged into the TV - no HDMI cable or RJ-11 or anything, so I’m not sure how it’s even connected to the TV.

I’m at a loss for what to do to get the damn thing to change inputs. I have no idea why hotels do things like this just to inconvenience their guests. Does anyone have any ideas?
