Solo Leveling - Need help clearing some confusion

I just finished reading Solo Leveling including the epilogue. After chapter 160, the story got a lot more complicated and introduced so many new names and terms that sounded similar so I got them mixed up and now I'm extremely confused. The epilogue was also quite confusing. Can someone simplify the story to clear my confusion?
