What are some good daily changes to make?

Hello everyone, I'm 23f , 5'9, 233 pounds (down from roughly 246 in May.)

I have been struggling a bit with this journey. I have lost weight in the past, having a lot of luck with a nice calorie deficit and weight lifting or cardio. I would like for this to be the last time I have to lose a significant amount of weight (I'd ideally lose 55lbs this time around) and simply maintain that weight for the rest of my life. In order to do this, I have made minor changes: more steps, working out 3x a week, and a calorie deficit. I eat around 1900 calories a day.

For the past few weeks, I've been hovering around 233. I'm getting a tad frustrated. I have suspicions about why it is I'm not budging past this point.

I have been having a horrendous sweet tooth lately. I'll eat well during the day, fruits and veggies and lots of protein rich meals and snacks. But at night? I'm raiding the kitchen for any sweet snacks I can find. I'm embarrassed by this habit and thus don't track those snacks, as if that will somehow take away the fact that I did in fact consume them. It's very silly and I want to find a way to move away from this habit.

Is there anyone else out there that struggles with this? And what are some swaps or new habits you've formed in response? Thank you in advance for any help or advice!
