UNC

Does anyone know why UNC has not kept up with the Joneses on LSAT scores? Is it because they are the flagship public uni in the state and thus feel an obligation to favor NC kids whose stats might be lower, instead of aggressively recruiting kids? I have heard that it is embarrassingly easy to get into UNC undergrad if you are in-state. I wonder if the same is true at the law school.
