Helping a newbie to drive

I've got my escooter for more than 2months now(niu kqi3 pro) and i find a bit of trouble on the road: 1- i just learned how to signal, but sometimes i feel like cars just don't care. I ride on the right side, and want to go left for a turn. I take my left hand out of the stem to signal to the left yet cars just keep driving... I can't turn even after doing that signal because they'll hit me so i always end up stopping and waiting for a whole 5 minutes until i find a way to turn when no car is around. Really annoying how can i deal with that? Force my way into the left and risk getting hit!? 2- when i'm on the right side and i get to red lights or a stop but want to turn left, what should i do ? There's most likely a car on my left so i cannot force my way,but at the same Time i cannot wait until it passes because the car behind me will start horning for me to move... Again here i feel like there's nothing for me to do 3- when in a roundabout, and get to the exit i want to take on my right, since i'm turning in a circular motion i can't take my hand off to signal a turn, how should i do it then? I'll either have to stop waiting for cars to pass while someone is horning at me from the back,or take the risk of going directly to it and getting hit Please note that i looked for light signals in my city and found none. I can't buy online on most websites since they don't deliver to my country. There are almost no cycling lanes and i would appreciate tips on those 3 situations. Could save a 17yo boy from an injury or even worse. Thanks!
