Is anyone else starting to give up?
I’m honestly starting to pour my attention into just interning to gain more skills, and starting a side hustle like flipping my possession or setting up a seasonal business because I need an income.
I’ve had like 22-24 or so interviews first and second round out of 280+ applications- no hire, even from one where the interviewers said I am a top candidate and I did fantastic on the interview and that I could really make an impact at the company.
It’s just tedious and disappointing to keep writing cover letters and modifying resume only to know full well they’ll just ignore me. Even retail stores like urban outfitters where I called in and told them I’m interested and I applied and have customer service experience don’t return my response. I’m starting to lose motivation to keep applying.
I’m sorry but this is just how I am feeling.
It honestly would likely be more profitable to start a leaf pick-up business with better return on time than work for Home Depot.
