My trading permissions never get approved

I've been trying to get trading permissions for options and event contracts, but after I request for them, they never get approved even though their website says it should take only 48 hours. Whenever I chat with the support team they just tell me to request again and wait. I've already that I have extensive knowledge of options with a lot of trades per year.

Any ideas on what I should do about this issue? It's getting quite frustrating
