Is my incision infected?

This is my first reddit post ever so be kind.

I'm almost 3 weeks post op laproscopic hysterectomy.

I had my incisions checked on Wednesday and all of them look good except this one which was still actively bleeding. Dr. Said to just put a clean bandage on every day which is what I've been doing.

Today I noticed gooey yellow discharge when changing the bandage.

I did send a note into the Dr. Office but they aren't always quick to respond..
