Wacom Intros small not working the same way after installing huion driver

Yesterday i thought about trying a huion inspiroy h640p to replace my wacom tablet hence i uninstalled wacom driver, and downloaded huion one right after. I got huion inspiroy h640p for a few hours and decided i didnt like it and went back to wacom, but even after me uninstalling the huion driver, the wacom tablet still acted different. before, the wacom tablet worked with games, at least when I clicked they give a response. now it doesn't at all. I already used the remov driver remains stuff, and contacted Wacom support, but I am still having the same issue. I then assume this must be some Huion remains (or it changed the defults of the computer, I can't tell) so I decided to ask here again. Does anyone know how to fix this?
