Kamvas 13 - I need help

I bought my daughter the kamvas 13 for Christmas - greatly regretting it, the set up was very confusing I think we finally managed some sort of set up on her laptop but now the pen isn't correct. It's about 15mm out of sync so we can't use it al all. Several attempts at resetting it and still nothing. I asked to return but postage to another country is too expensive plus a restocking fee :(

Never imagined it would be such a hassle. There aren't any videos to help, I've checked all over youtube. Just unboxing and straight into the programme they use (another question, which programme)
