What time do you wakeup/ go to bed

I'm moving and going to be working on the farm with my Dad, family, ranch hands, etc, I do have school at 7:30 AM, and I will be playing football and basketball small town, any suggestions, my Dad says I can play sports and manage the animals and he is okay with it but me helping on the family farm is important and I do appreciate him saying I can do both. Any tips would be helpful thank you for your time!
