Serrapeptase and cold water

I’ve had hard flaccid for about a year and a half now. I’ve recently started to take Serrapeptase and taking cold showers to help with me hard flaccid. The cold water forces my body to send blood to my genital area. The Serrapeptase is said to have the ability to break down scar tissue and plaque in the blood vessels. Also most guy go in to a nervous shock to the body so to the stress of hard flaccid. It’s best to try to relax as much as you can. I’m not 100 percent certain it’s what’s making the flaccid softer or is it just the time going by and healing but I feel a lot better.
