Any games that make you feel paranoid?

Want to find a game that makes you feel constantly uneasy, like you always have to hide or run & being out in the open or staying in one hiding place too long means death. Or perhaps a game where the characters lie to you & you have to doubt what you're told & decide whether or not to go along with them. Something that feels claustrophobic & or like you're being watched & fills you with paranoia. Doesn't have to be a horror game but a horror game like that would be cool.
