DJI kids like this are ruining the hobby

I originally saw this guy in a post on r/dji, but I couldn't find the original post so I'm making this. This kid based in the UK seems to just be outright harassing people just to post it on tiktok. This kind of stuff needs to be discouraged strongly but obviously he thinks that he is above the law.
