Postpartum C-section weight loss
I am 11 weeks postpartum from unplanned c section, and I am looking for suggestions on how to get back to working out! I wasn’t allowed to work out until 6 weeks but I have been walking since I was physically able to do so.
My weight has been the same since I came home from the hospital and I am feeling so awful about myself. I am formula feeding so I can’t even say that I’m still “sharing” my body.
Any suggestions on how to get back into workouts and lose some weight without overdoing it?? Thanks!!
