Collecting in ESO

Hello! I am a returning player from way back on release. I’ve dabbled here and there but want to really main this game for a while.

My absolute favorite part of playing MMOs is collecting mounts, armor sets, and doing transmogs.

What does ESO offer these days? I logged in last night and so much has changed.
