[da2 spoiler] Isn't siding with Templars at the end of act 3 just...

... simply, mass murdering?

I mean, there's nothing wrong about giving the players a choice to do it. Given what happened in the game, it's entirely reasonable for Hawke to go like, fuck it, templars are right, I hate mages, everyone of them needs to die! And help Meredith purge the Circle.

But I don't see it as any kind of "moral dilemma". It's not even a "hard decision". It's simply a matter of "killing a bunch of innocent people or not" (yes, I know Orsino is a dick and no words can describe how much I wanted to kick his ass when he suddenly turned into a boss fight when I was busy helping him defend his circle).

For me, it doesn't even matter that Meredith is crazy or not. She could be the nicest lady in all Thedas and the Right of Annulment still means "mass murdering".
