Not Learning Quick Enough

4 months into F1, I'm still struggling with ward scribing and giving relevant info. I've started on AIM/Gastro and generally we handle 2 bays, 15 patients total. Patient turnover is pretty quick and everytime new patients get admitted, I can never remember all salient details. Things like the medication dose or PMHx go over my head. And if I do remember I only have the capacity to remember 3-4 patients max. Everytime the consultant asks me for info I always have to take a few seconds to fact check myself on the system infront of the consultant who I'm sure I'm pissing off for doing this. Matters made worse when I panic trying to write down all of the consultants plans on the ward rounds. I come in almost 30-40mins early to work just to write info down but just fumble when I'm asked in real time and it makes no real difference.

Is there any advice on this? I really want to be better at the job.
