Lifetime plan cloud storage + hotlinking?

Hey guys. I'm looking for a website that has lifetime plans instead of annually/monthly with anything above 100GB that also allows hotlinking or something similar. I'm looking to upload abandonware games on it which some companies consider it a grey area, so if the host isn't so prone to DMCA takedowns that would be a cherry on top.
