I'm a 23-year-old who wants to go to college. What kind of schools am I in league with if at all?

I'm South Korean, went to an international school and an American high school for a year up until junior year in 2018, when I dropped out. I got a GED in since then, but afterwards I've essentially been wasting my time feeling sorry for myself.

My GPA is around 3.5~3.4, I did a lot of ECs like junior varsity sports, prom committee, being an editor for school magazine/newspaper, fundraising/charity, etc. in my highschool years, but I haven't really done anything much since dropping out.

I haven't taken the SATs in a while, but last time I took the practice SAT, I scored around 1300.

I realize that I have a lot to catch up on, and that I am likely far from the model candidate that most schools I originally wanted (Lehigh, USC, NYU) are looking for. Aside from studying for the SATs again for a higher score, and polishing my application like any other applicant would, what else should I be aware of as an older person applying for college?
