Uforce 1000 XL "jerking" when going very slow question

Brand new to this so if this just how it works, just let me know please

We purchased our '23 1000 xl this week, when driving around, it runs fine over about 4 mph w/ 4 wheel drive on (ground is wet and muddy) but as soon as I drop below 4 mph it basically "jerks" repeatedly until I either stop fully, or accelerate back up. I'm not breaking, just lifting up on the gas to go slower. its like the machine doesn't know if it wants to keep going forward under power, or stop entirely.

Its really annoying when trying to slowly navigate through something, or pull into the garage as there is basically nothing between sitting stationary in gear, and going 4+ mph.

is this normal?
