How to become carnivore as an Italian?

Hi everyone.

I'm italian and for me it is normal to eat a lot of carbohydrates everyday. Especially at lunch, you always have pasta.

Personally, I have tried to improve my diet, modifying breakfast and dinner. So rn at breakfast I have kefir (supermarket one) banana and peanut butter (100% peanut). At dinner I always want a protein source and I try to vary every night. So I rotate fish (often canned), meat and eggs. At dinner I also have whole bread and vegetables in order to full my stomach.

However, I have little clues on how to organize my lunch. Lunch tends to be fast, with pasta most of the time. I'm not used to eat animals at lunch. Apart from pasta with fish/meat😂

P.S. Especially at lunch I eat with family and dishes are already ready. And they often are carbohydrates based.
