Carnivore and berries experiment.
I've been on carnivore for almost 3 months now and have been seeing great results with it. But I miss and crave a lot of foods, specifically sweets. I watch a YouTube channel called gritty films, which is a hunting channel (highly recommend). In one of their podcasts they gave an update to them being on the diet for 6-8 months, and one of them admitted to still adding blueberries in once in a while as a sweet treat. I figured I'd give that a shot this week as an experiment. I'm glad I did it as the blueberries were super sweet and tart and helped immensely with curving my sweet tooth for other things. Obviously that sorta goes against the whole purpose of the carnivore diet, but I think I'll be adding blueberries and raspberries in to one or two meals a week from now on. But I'm only gonna keep it to blueberries and raspberries. Either way last night's dinner was very much a caveman style dinner.
