1st picture: 205 days ago
2nd picture: 60 days ago. Used keto and extended water fasting (several 5-10 day fasts)
3rd picture: Now. 60 days on carnivore.
I feel like I look better in the 2nd picture but it may be body dysmorphia.
I love the carnivore lifestyle and all the benefits. Should I throw in more extended water fasts or will my body fat % come down the longer you are on carnivore?
Who has had success in obtaining their desired body fat % and did you do anything differently?
