Results a few weeks in
I keep seeing awesome success stories, which gets me hyped, but not for me. I am not feeling this “ketosis” or “carnivore flu”, nothing feels different for me. Im eating only meats, butter, eggs, heavy cream and cheeses like parmesan. Hard cheese. Little to no carbohydrates at all entering my body. Im not noticing a weight change AT ALL. Literally nothing at all is changing. Maybe when i workout im a little less energized but shouldnt ketosis drop bodyweight fairly fast? I know this isnt just for weight loss, but 0 effect and im about 3 weeks in? Thats crazy to me and very discouraging. I feel like I shouldnt do this anymore and I should go back to just counting macros but i hate that. I wanted something that could be a reset and a lifestyle change but nothing is happening at all.
