Legends tile question

Finally on my 2/5 bosses and i get a reward relic choice of legendary heightened perception: primary range +55%, projectile speed -50%. I wanna use it but im worried it will kill my strat lol. Thoughts on this relic? Is it one i should always be choosing if given the choice?
