Fast let down hurting baby

6 week old keeps coughing and choking while breastfeeding. I know it's because I have a oversupply and a fast let down. They two lactation consultants I spoke with gave me conflicting advise and nothing has helped the problem. Has anyone else experienced this or have advise?
