Pop darts? Or board game version?

So I have tried some off brand pop darts and it was hard as heck. They were balanced in the middle or whatever and it was crazy hard to get them to not over rotate and not stick.

I have also seen a few board game channels have a bag of darts similar but they like weighted to one side and seemed easier.

Anyone know what those are called? Is it just a skill issue and pop darts are the best to get anyway?
