Should I be concerned about this crack? If so what should I do at home to prevent it? What OTC things I can buy?

It is only noticeable to me under light thankfully.

I have TMJ issues for the past years, and sometimes muscle spasm cause me to hit my teeth together without notice. I was using a splint but got rid of it as it made my TMJ pain worse
